All menu items can be customized and or altered to fit customer’s specifications. We do a lot of customs catering so the possibilities are endless; do not hesitate to ask for assistance in planning your menu.
Menu and number of guests must be confirmed 4 days prior to your event. You may add to your count after that date. We will allow 10% over your confirmed number. For example, if you confirm 70 guests, we will have food for 77 guests. We will charge for any additional guests above your confirmed number, but will not reduce for less than the guaranteed count.
All food and beverage is subject to 7.75% tax and 18% gratuity. The food and beverage bill is due on the day of the event unless a previous agreement is made with catering management. Please make checks payable to GreenHollow Catering. We also accept VISA and MasterCard.
